Players of the Week - Boys' Bantam Division (3rd/4th Team)

ENTIRE 3rd/4th GRADE TEAM (weeks of October 21-22 and November 4-5, 2017)

 

Congratulations to our entire 3rd/4th grade team, who competed in this year's Pink Out Tournament (Oct. 21-22) and the Turlaxin Tournament (Nov. 4-5). In the Pink Out tournament, the 3rd/4th grade team made it to the D1 Championship Game and finished in 2nd place overall. The team then followed up their performance at the Turlaxin Tournament (Nov. 4-5) by going undefeated throughout the tournament. Great job boys! We are super proud of all of you!

 

Lovejoy Bantam 4th Graders (week of May 22, 2017)

Congratulations to our Lovejoy 4th graders who participated in the Texas Elite King of the Hill 3 v. 3 Tournament on May 21, 2017. The boys played hard and made it to the Championship game of the playoffs. They lost a thriller, falling in overtime. Very proud of how the boys played and competed.

 

ENTIRE 3rd/4th GRADE TEAM (week of October 17, 2016)

Congratulations to our 3rd/4th grade team, who competed in this year's DFW Fall cLAXic Tournament this past weekend.  The team went undefeated in pool play and then reached the semi-final playoff game. We are super proud of our team!!!!

 

ENTIRE 3rd/4th GRADE TEAM (week of June 13, 2016)

Congratulations to our 3rd / 4th grade Bantam team.  The team competed in the 2016 Texas Draw Lacrosse Tournament last week held in Plano.  The team played hard and held their own against some very tough select lacrosse team competition.  The future of Lovejoy Lacrosse looks very bright.  We're very proud of all of you.

 

COLGIN PETTIT (week of April 4, 2016)

Congratulations to Colgin Pettit, who is this week’s Player of the Week for the 3rd/4th grade teams. Colgin is a 4th grader at Hart Elementary. Colgin was named Player of the Week because of his great attitude and never give up attitude. Colgin played an excellent game this past weekend at midfielder. He hustled and played both sides of the field always getting back to play defense. Great Job Colgin! He is a multi-sport athlete playing basketball, football, baseball, and lacrosse.

Favorite Food: hamburgers

When not playing lacrosse:  enjoys watching TV with his family.
