Lovejoy's New Girls' 5th/6th Grade Head Coach

Lovejoy Lacrosse welcomes Kilee DeBrabander to the Lovejoy Lacrosse family. Kilee will be a part of the Lovejoy Lacrosse Lady Leopards coaching staff and will be the Head Coach of our girls' 5th/6th grade team beginning this Fall.  

Originally from Marshall, Michigan, Kilee attended Alma College where she played lacrosse for the Alma College women’s lacrosse team. Kilee began her career with the Scots as a defender during her freshman and sophomore years. She then transitioned to midfielder her junior and senior years. In her senior year, Kilee played and started in 15 games and led the team in ground balls, was the co-leader in caused turnovers, and was second on the team in draw controls.

While at Alma College, Kilee was a four-time MIAA Academic Honor Roll honoree. Kilee received her degree in Psychology and graduated magna cum laude.

As a member of the Alma College women’s lacrosse team, Kilee participated in numerous lacrosse clinics at local area elementary schools and taught lacrosse to various age groups. Kilee has also coached several soccer teams within the American Youth Soccer Association. Kilee is also a former certified level 8 soccer referee. In addition to her lacrosse experience, Kilee was a two-sport athlete in high school where she played soccer and ran cross country and track.
